The deflection of toner 301 is performed by disposing a plurality of pixel electrodes 303 arranged at appropriate pitch intervals for each counter area of the toner pass-through holes 259 facing FPC 251 in which toner pass- through holes 259 are arranged in a matrix form, image signal control electrodes 302 arranged around each toner pass-through hole 259 of the FPC251, a transfer belt 221 on which toner 301 passed through the toner pass-through holes 259 is stuck, a back side support 223 supporting the transfer belt 221 from the back side, and the support surface of the back side support 223.
