Abstract:
PURPOSE:To form the image-sending device of a highly accurate television signal having consistency by executing the signal processing of the so-called moving adaptation to change the parameter of the signal processing according to the movement of an image in the three dimensional frequency area of horizontal, vertical and time. CONSTITUTION:Scanning lines number 525 lines, 30 frames signals of three primary colors of an interrace scan R, G and B obtained from an image pickup system are sampled in an A/D converting part with the sampling frequency of 4fsc, for example. A luminance low frequency range signal Tu(<=4.2MHz), a luminance high frequency range signal YH(>=4.2MHz) and color difference signals I and Q are generated. The luminance high frequency range signal YH is frequency-converted with a highly accurate information multiplexing part and multiplexed to a position shared with the color sub-carrier of a time-vertical two dimensional frequency area as highly accurate information YH, and a color sub-carrier fsc is multiplexed by a carrier chrominance signal C orthogonally converted with the difference signals I and Q. A burst signal and a synchronizing are added the highly accurate television signal having the consistency is generated.
