Abstract:
To provide an image sensor and electronic device with a color separation lens array.SOLUTION: An image sensor disclosed herein includes a sensor substrate including a plurality of first pixels and a plurality of second pixels, and a color separation lens array that focuses light of a first wavelength onto each first pixel and light of a second wavelength onto each second pixel, and each of the first pixels includes a plurality of photosensitive cells that are two-dimensionally arranged along a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and that independently sense light, the first pixel of the first group among a plurality of first pixels includes a first edge region and a second edge region arranged on both side edges of the first pixel along the first direction, and first and second light sensing signals can be output for light incident on the first and second edge regions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
