Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the image signal of a high quality and a little noise by forming a circuit to remove the power source noise of the image signal and a circuit to remove a dark time noise. CONSTITUTION:In a first subtracting circuit 67, the reference voltages of each shift are uniformly made constant and the output signal of a shift resistor in a photoelectric converting part 15 is indicated by a difference from this reference voltage. In a second subtracting circuit 71, a noise base on a dark time electric charge is removed. Thus, the high grade image signal, in which the influence of a power source noise or the influence of the dark time electric charge are removed, can be obtained. Further, since a constitution to execute theses noise removings is wholly provided in one IC chip, it comes to be immune to a noise from an external part. Thus, the image signal of the high quality and a little noise can be obtained.
