Abstract:
To provide a technique that enables a user to more accurately grasp a congestion condition.SOLUTION: Provided is an image sharing device comprising: a storage unit which stores congestion management information for managing a location of continuous congestion on a road and image information for managing a congestion image obtained by capturing the congestion; a receiving unit which receives, from a user device, position information indicating a current position of the user device and a congestion image captured by the user device; and a transmitting unit which transmits, to the user device, a congestion image in which another user device captures a congestion corresponding to the current position of the user device, based on the congestion management information and the image information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
