In other words, this device is equipped with a monitor 4 on which the image signal is reproduced, an image signal specifying means which specifies the image signal of one frame to designate the requirement of transfer on the monitor 4, and a keyboard 303 from which the requirement of transfer is inputted. The image signal specifying means switches the specific image signal to the image signal to designate the requirement of transfer next corresponding to the operation of the keyboard 303.
