Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement of molding precision of a molded article.SOLUTION: There is generated molding data of a molded article having a correction part 12D of an image treatment device 12 manufactured by laminating a molding layer formed by dots, defining discharge information containing recording position of dots recorded by discharging a molding liquid and discharge amount of the molding liquid per each pixel of the molding layer. There is generated corrected molding data having correction part 12D by correction discharge information of pixel constituting a terminal part of the molding layer for each molding layer defined in the molding data to have the recording position contained in the discharge information is outside of the molding layer more than the terminal part and discharge amount included in the discharge information is larger than discharge amount included in discharge information of pixel other than the terminal part in the molding layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
