Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set panning photographing as a photographer intends while a moving image is photographed by using an image shake correction mechanism of a shift lens and the like.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: an imaging section for imaging a subject image which an imaging optical system image-forms; a composition change section for changing a composition of a captured image imaged by the imaging section; an acquiring section for acquiring setting information on a change of the composition, which is inputted by the photographer; and switching means for switching whether photographing is to be performed while the composition is changed or display for checking the change of the composition is to be performed before photographing on the basis of the setting information.
