PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement high speed reading by suppressing a variation in voltage of a common source of a differential amplifier.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: a differential amplifier including a differential transistor M13 that forms a differential pair together with a pixel transistor M3 and has a gate to which a reference signal is input, and a current source for supplying current that flows in the differential pair; and a dummy pixel including a dummy pixel transistor M23 that has one main node electrically connected to one main node of the pixel transistor and the other main node electrically connected to the other main node of the pixel transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
