Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the fact that a strobe was caught between fingers, without adding any hardware later.SOLUTION: In an imaging apparatus having still-picture imaging means, light emission means for emitting light when imaging is performed by still-picture imaging means, first sound collection means, second sound collection means, detection means for detecting the fact that the sound collection means is blocked by an object, and notification means for notifying a user of information, the first sound collection means is placed within a predetermined distance from the light emission means, the second sound collection means is placed at a distance farther than the predetermined distance from the light emission means, and the notification means calculates the level difference of sound signals, from the first sound collection means and second sound collection means, above a predetermined level by the detection means through a predetermined filter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
