Abstract:
To provide an imaging apparatus capable of performing wiping by a wiper unit, while suppressing the increase of the number of parts.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus (100) includes a lens unit (1), a light transmission plate (205) which protects the lens unit, an insertion/removal unit (4) which includes an insertion/removal member (412) and can insert and remove the insertion/removal member to and from the imaging range of the lens unit, and a wiper unit (3) which includes a wiper blade (301) for wiping the surface of the light transmission plate. The insertion/removal unit includes a drive source (408) for inserting/removing the insertion/removal member. The wiper blade is driven by the drive source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
