Abstract:
To provide an imaging device capable of performing appropriate exposure control when a wide-angle image such as a spherical image is acquired.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes an imaging unit that captures a subject, a dividing unit that divides the celestial sphere into a plurality of divided regions, a generation unit that generates a plurality of photometric patterns in which a region obtained by combining a predetermined number of continuous divided regions is set as a photometric region from among the plurality of divided regions divided by the dividing unit, and generates a plurality of photometric patterns such that the plurality of photometric patterns partially include the same divided area, a calculating unit that calculates a photometric value for each of the plurality of photometric patterns, and an exposure control unit that controls exposure when a celestial sphere image is captured by the imaging unit on the basis of the photometric results for the plurality of photometric patterns calculated by the calculation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
