Abstract:
To allow a setting device connected to an imaging apparatus to easily acquire a height image suitable for image processing from the imaging apparatus and perform image processing using the height image in the setting device, and in turn improve usability for a user.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 300 comprises: a correction unit that detects deviation of a position or a posture of an imaging object W and corrects deviation of a reference position with respect to height data; a calculation unit that calculates a reference plane of the height data by using height information corresponding to the corrected reference position; a conversion unit that converts the height data into a height image with a lower gradation with the calculated reference plane as a reference; and an output unit that outputs the created height image with standardized specifications.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
