Abstract:
To prevent a reduction in framing performance in an imaging apparatus that can switch a display unit that displays moving images.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus has: an image pickup device that photographs moving images and still images; a plurality of displays including a first display and a second display; selection means that selects one of the plurality of displays as a display destination for displaying the moving images; display control means that performs control to display the moving images on the display selected by the selection means according to a second synchronization signal; generation means that, when the second display displays the moving images, generates a third synchronization signal matching the second synchronization signal; and control means that, when receiving an operation, controls to shift the timing of assertion of the third synchronization signal by a predetermined shift amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
