Abstract:
To provide a thin imaging device including a photographing light source, especially one for use in biometric authentication.
The imaging device includes: a light collecting means refracting light; a display layer having a light emitting unit and first and second surface, whose first surface faces the light collecting means; an imaging layer facing the second surface of the display layer and having photo detecting elements, wherein the light collecting means and the display layer are arranged between the imaging layer and an imaging object.
