Abstract:
To provide an imaging device having high radiation resistance, and arranged so that the saturation of output signals owing to radiation can be suppressed.SOLUTION: An imaging device 1 comprises: a camera head 3; and a drive unit 5 to which a signal output by the camera head 3 is to be input. The camera head 3 includes: an imaging part 10 including an imaging element having a photoconductive film 26a, and an electron beam source 27 for emitting an electron beam EB1 to the photoconductive film 26a, which can be adjust an exposure of the electron beam EB1; and a first amplifier part 11 for amplifying a signal output by the imaging part 10. The drive unit 5 includes: a subtraction part 32 for performing subtraction on a signal input thereto and outputting a signal subjected to the subtraction; and a second amplifier part 31 for amplifying a signal output by the subtraction part 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
