Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of generating captured still images without missing an unexpected shutter chance.SOLUTION: An imaging device has a first moving picture mode and a second moving picture mode as a moving picture recording mode. In the second moving picture mode, a controller of the imaging device automatically sets setting on moving-picture imaging to a predetermined setting suitable for still image recording. Recording in the second moving picture mode is performed from the start of recording of moving pictures till the end thereof. A display unit of the imaging device displays a marked frame image of moving picture data recorded in the second moving picture mode. The controller moves from the marked first frame image to the marked second frame image by a marking feeding operation to display the marked second frame image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
