Abstract:
To realize an imaging apparatus having a wide dynamic range, by combining a color separation optical system and four monochromatic imaging elements of RG1G2B.SOLUTION: With regard to an odd-numbered frame, RG1B is imaged with the number of output video frames, phase of (N-1)/2N G2 of a RG1B imaging frame is shifted and the G2 is imaged with N times of the number of output video frames, a low band G signal is generated by adding a G2 imaging signal and a G1 imaging signal, the G1 imaging signal is selected after multiplying the G2 imaging signal by N, a high pass differential signal is generated and added to the low pass G signal and the low pass signals of the R imaging signal and the B imaging signal. With regard to an even-numbered frame, RG2B is imaged with the number of output video frames, phase of (N-1)/2N G1 of RG2B imaging frame is shifted and G1 is imaged with N times of the number of output video frames, a low pass G signal is generated by adding the G1 imaging signal and the G2 imaging signal, after multiplying the G1 imaging signal by N, the G2 imaging signal is selected and a high pass differential signal is generated, and added to the low pass G signal and the low pass signals of the R imaging signal and the B imaging signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
