Abstract:
To provide an imaging apparatus capable of effectively suppressing reset noises.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus has a unit pixel cell 110A that includes: a photodetector 1 for the photoelectric conversion of incident light; and a read circuit 50A for detecting signals from the photodetector. The read circuit includes: an amplifier 2 that amplifies the signals from the photodetector; an output selection unit 5 that selectively outputs the output of the amplifier to the outside; and a feedback circuit 30 that outputs negative feedback of photodetector signal via the amplifier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
