Abstract:
To provide an imaging apparatus using an optical low-pass filter that has flexibility in arranging a double refraction optical element and has a stable characteristic.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 100 comprises: an optical low-pass filter 10 composed of four or more optical anisotropic elements each for separating an incident light beam into a plurality of light beams and one or more phase plates arranged between the optical anisotropic elements; and an imaging element 20 for photo-electrically converting an optical image formed of light that has passed through the optical low-pass filter. The phase difference of the phase plate and the standardized spectral sensitivity spectrum of the imaging element satisfies predetermined conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
