To enhance air cooling efficiency while suppressing mixing of dust or liquid such as water due to air intake.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: a first imaging element; an image processing chip for performing signal processing of an output signal of the first imaging element; a first member surrounding the first imaging element and the image processing chip; a first heat transfer member partially provided outside the first member and conducting heat generated in the first imaging element; a second heat transfer member partially provided outside the first member and conducting heat generated in the image processing chip; and a second member that covers the first heat transfer member and the second heat transfer member provided outside the first member so that air flows in contact with the first heat transfer member and the second heat transfer member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
