To provide an imaging lens device which can be made low in profile by adopting a bending optical system, is added with a hand shake correction function and reduces power consumption.
The imaging lens device is provided with: the bending optical system having a reflection member which turns an optical axis which is perpendicular to the gravitational direction to the gravitational direction; an imaging element which converts an image formed by the bending optical system into an electric signal; and a driving means which moves a part of lens groups or one of lenses (referred as an image stabilizing lens group hereafter) in the direction perpendicular to an optical axis which is turned into the gravitational direction by the reflection member (referred as a vertical optical axis hereafter). The image is perpendicularly moved with respect to the vertical optical axis by moving the image stabilizing lens group perpendicularly with respect to the vertical optical axis.
