A judgment speed detector 34 detects a moving speed of an accelerated test pattern as an afterimage feeling generating speed when the generating operation signal is detected, and detects a moving speed of a slowdown test pattern as an afterimage feeling terminating speed when the terminating operation signal is detected. Then, the judgment speed detector 34 calculates an average speed of the afterimage feeling generating speed and the afterimage feeling terminating speed, and detects an afterimage feeling judging speed.
