Abstract:
To provide a technique capable of acquiring a terahertz image in focus in an imaging system including a terahertz camera.SOLUTION: An imaging system includes a first imaging apparatus for photographing a first image based on terahertz waves reflected from an inspection subject, a second imaging apparatus for photographing a second image of the inspection subject on the basis of electromagnetic waves of a wavelength different from that of the terahertz waves, and first acquisition means for acquiring distance information between the first imaging apparatus and the inspection subject on the basis of information possessed by the second imaging apparatus. The first imaging apparatus photographs or stores the first image when the distance information is within the range of the distance that the first imaging apparatus is capable of focusing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
