Abstract:
To enable a highly accurate calculation of an imbalance in a rotor during accelerating/decelerating.SOLUTION: A rotor imbalance calculation method is configured to: simultaneously measure an angle of a rotor and oscillation of the rotor in an S1; record the measured angle thereof and oscillation thereof in an S2; perform a frequency analysis of the measured oscillation in an S3; calculate a ratio of a representative rotation frequency using a selected rpm every the same frequency as the frequency analysis of the oscillation in an S4; calculate a ratio of the ratio of the representative rotation frequency to a size of oscillation corresponding to the representative rotation frequency as constant rpm conversion oscillation amplitude in an S5; calculate an imbalance evaluation index on the basis of a value obtained by dividing the constant rpm conversion oscillation amplitude by the square of the representative rotation frequency, and further by a transfer function from excitation force to the oscillation of the rotor due to the imbalance of the rotor in the representative rotation frequency in an S6; and compare the imbalance evaluation index with a threshold, and, when the imbalance evaluation index exceeds the threshold, execute an imbalance handling operation in an S7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
