Abstract:

To provide an imidazole ring-containing compound and an organic electroluminescent element therewith.

The imidazole ring-containing compound can be used alone or with a doping agent as a material for forming an organic film like a luminescent layer. Application of the organic film which comprises the imidazole ring-containing compound provides the organic electroluminescent element with excellent efficiency, drive voltage and color purity.
