Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vector comprising: a) a base sequence encoding two types of short hairpin RNA (shRNA), which inhibit the expression of at least one gene that weakens the function of immune cells, and b) a nucleotide sequence encoding a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), wherein the CAR comprises an extracellular antigen recognition domain, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular signal transduction domain.
