Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an immunoassay of improved human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG) generally used to detect female pregnancy.
CONSTITUTION: The immunoassay using a microporous membrane for capturing the sandwich complex of antigen and two types of antibodies (one is disposed on the membrane), reducing a background and using specific washings and specific antibody and enzyme bond level for enhancing sensitivity and immune reagent composition used for the assay and test kit are obtained. The assay can be executed within substantially two min, and high sensitivity is exhibited for low concentration hCG, and hence useful for early pregnancy indicator.
