Abstract:
To provide a method for augmenting the immunoreaction in a one-step competitive immunoreaction and a potentiator to be used for the same.
In the method, by making an organic solvent such as water- miscible ethanol, acetonitrile, methanol, or the like coexistent with an antigen- antibody reaction system, the immunoreaction is augmented in an immunoreaction with a one-step competitive method as a principle. The potentiator for the one-step competitive immunoreaction includes methanol, ethanol, or acetonitrile.
