To provide a immunoreaction measuring apparatus by which many items can be measured in real time by using a specimen in a small amount.
The apparatus is provided with at least two optical fibers A21, A22 for sensors, which are provided with SPR sensor parts A11, A12 in the one end parts, a light irradiation means 4a radiating beams of prescribed light from the other end part side of the optical fibers A21, A22 for sensors, and a spectroscope 13 receiving beams of light returned from the side of the SPR sensor parts A11, A12 and analyzing them. The light irradiation means 4a is carried and held by a prescribed optical-path changeover mechanism 3a. The light irradiation means 4a is positioned in the other end part of any of the optical fibers A21, A22 for sensors.
