Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an immunotherapeutic agent useful as a medicine/ preventive for cancer, infectious diseases caused by bacteria, viral diseases, energy or autoimmune diseases, containing human interleukin-2 derived from human cells.

CONSTITUTION: The objective therapeutic agent containing human interleukin-2 which can be derived from e.g. culture of human lymphocytes, human lymphocyte-cloned cells, human cells having got malignant or hybridoma. The specific activity of the human interleukin-2 is 2×105unit/mg protein.
