Abstract:
To provide an impedance calculation program which can easily calculate impedance.SOLUTION: An impedance calculating program makes a computer execute processing to calculate: when its first port is connected to a second port of the first matching circuit having impedance matched at the first frequency with that of a high-frequency part connected to its first port, a virtual second matching circuit having an impedance cancelling impedance of a first matching circuit at a first frequency; calculate a transfer matrix, an admittance matrix, and an impedance matrix at a second frequency of the second matching circuit based on the second matching circuit obtained above; and calculate the impedance of the high-frequency part at the second frequency based on the transfer matrix, the admittance matrix, and the impedance matrix at the second frequency of the second matching circuit and on synthetic impedance at the second frequency of the high-frequency part and the first matching circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
