Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a decline in reliability and manufacturing performance while sufficiently securing both of corrosion resistance when corrosive fluid including solid matters is handled and abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: A coating layer having a corrosion resistant layer that comprises corrosion resistant nickel-based alloy or cobalt-based alloy and an abrasion resistant layer that is formed by applying chromium diffusion penetration treatment to at least part of the corrosion resistant layer is provided on a base metal of a blade 21. The coating layer has the abrasion resistant layer in a first region 30 including at least a front edge 23 of the blade 21, and is formed so that a chromium concentration on the surface of the first region 30 is made higher than that on the surface of a second region 31 other than the first region 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
