Abstract:
The invention provides a rotor mechanism and a media treatment apparatus, which can realize always stable action by utilizing a simple structure and is of low costs. When a first impeller 1 is rotated integrally with a rotating shaft 4 from a stop state, a second impeller 2 is also rotated by a spring 26 pushing a protrusion 2c of the second impeller 2 to a pin 25 fixed by the rotating shaft 4. When a blade 2a of the second impeller 2 is brought into contact with a bill stored in a bill stored part and the load is applied, rotation of the second impeller 2 is stopped, and the pin 25 is separated from the protrusion 2c and is brought into contact with a protrusion 2b, and thereby, the second impeller 2 is rotated together with the rotating shaft 4 and the first impeller 1, and action for patting a rear end of the stored bill is performed by blades 1a and 2a. When the first impeller 1 is stopped, the second impeller 2 is rotated until the protrusion 2c is abutted to the pin 25, and then is stopped, and thereby, the blades 1a and 2a of the impellers 1 and 2 are retreated in such a manner of not preventing delivery of the bill.
