This device is constituted of an optical image production part 1 for acquiring an impression image, an image conversion part 2 for digitizing the impression image, and a PLC control part 4 for receiving an alignment signal of a vision control part 3 and moving a component material to the optical image production part 1. In the optical image production part 1, an objective lens is installed on the lower part of the first lens-barrel wherein a DIC filter and an illumination part are coupled to one side respectively, and the second lens-barrel to which the first camera 131 is coupled is coupled to the upper part of the first lens-barrel through the third lens-barrel having an analyzer filter, and the fourth lens-barrel having a lens for visual field adjustment is coupled to the upper part of the second lens-barrel, and the second camera 16 is coupled to the upper part of the fourth lens-barrel.
