To enable the display of dynamic propaganda and advertisement for a physical position near a field by basically formed a module which is formed by adopting a flat planar parallel hexahedron shape and is equipped with a display screen by light emitting diodes suitable for displaying of dynamic images and the dynamic propaganda and advertisement on its main front surface side so as to be suitable to installation of the device on the ground of sporting ground.

The module 1 has the display screen 2 coated with a polycarbonate sheet on its front surface side and hemispherical projections are mounted at the circumferences of the respective light emitting points formed by the light emitting diodes. The module 1 consists of a frame base 3 and two shock absorbers 4. The module 1 is mounted at a frame of a rectangular shape. The frame is coupled by means of hinges to a base 3 for which rectangular plane constitution is similarly adopted along the bottom edge thereof. The shock absorbers 4 exist between the frame and the base 3 and make backward pivot motion possible.
