Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high-strength concrete having excellent physical properties and uniform wall thickness and smooth surface in the shortest period of time by a method wherein molding through centrifugal rotation, internal vibration and rolling compaction is carried out after the completion of the molding process through centrifugal rotation and external vibration.
SOLUTION: A casting mold 11, in which the charging of concrete and the molding through centrifugal rotation and external vibration have completed, is transferred with a second transferring truck E to a device for molding through centrifugal rotation, internal vibration and rolling compaction so as to execute molding process through centrifugal rotation, internal vibration and rolling compaction. Concretely, under the condition that the casting mold 11 is centrifugally rotated with a second centrifugally rotating device, the vibrating rolling compaction roller D of a rolling compaction device R is advanced in the casting mold 11 so as to be lowered to the position, which is below the inner surface of a cast concrete tube by 5-10 mm in order to mold the tube under the application of internal vibration and/or rolling compaction together with centrifugal rotation by means of ten-stepped linear pressures and linear speeds, resulting in completing the molding of the high strength concrete tube.
