Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an electric motor with a commutator which can be industrially produced easily and economically by automating the winding work. CONSTITUTION: The circumferential fringe 4101 of the annular insulated supporting part of a motor carries a ring having one side limited by a small diameter lateral rim. The ring has rectangular cross-section 4106 and arranged to form teeth 4104 separated by gaps 4108. Each gap 4108 is provided, in the center thereof, with a mushroom element 4000 having a leg 4001 longer than the depth of the gap 4108. The head part 4002 stretches above both surrounding teeth 4104 and a rim provided with a slit 4003 matching the leg 4001. The DC motor with commutator is especially suitable for automobile.
