Title:
HEAT INSULATING BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3132139
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve a heat insulating property by sandwiching/coating foam plastic between/with two laminate films composed of a plastic film layer, a metal foil layer and a thermal fusion film layer, reducing an inside pressure, and preventing the metal foil layers of the two films from touching with each other in a thermal fusion part.
CONSTITUTION: A laminate film 1 is formed in a three-layer structure of protective layers 4, gas barrier layers 5 and a thermal fusion layer 6. A material having a dense molecular structure is required as the gas barrier layers 5, so that an aluminum foil is used, and polyester, polypropylene and so on are listed as the protective layer 4, and polyethylene, denatured acrylic and so on are listed as the thermal fusion layer 6, and the three layer are formed into the laminate film by means of a polyester type adhesive 7 and so on. One of the two laminate films 1 is formed into a partial laminate film. With such a constitution, among transmitted heat and radiation heat, a heat ray absorbed in the protective layers 4 is transmitted to the aluminum foil, but is not transmitted to the other aluminum foil in a heat seal part, so that a heat leakage can be reduced.
