Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the cushioning effect and improve the stability and accuracy in a high speed sliding by installing the specific elasticity transmitting devices having the moving amounts and rigidities different from each other, on both sides of a binder mounting area on a center part of a ski. CONSTITUTION: The elasticity transmitting devices 6, 7 are installed on the both sides of a binder mounting area 5 of a central part 2 of a ski which includes the binder mounting area 5, and comprises a beam 1 having the warped central part 2 positioned between a front contact line 20 and a rear contact line 21, a front part forming an upturn, and a rear part 4 forming a tail. One of the both sides 60, 70 of each transmitting device 6, 7 is connected to the beam 1 by the complete connection 8, and the other edge parts 61, 71 are made of the viscous members 90, 91 resisting to the movement in the longitudinal direction. A ratio Δ1 /Δ2 , of the moving amount Δ1 of the other edge 61 and the moving amount Δ2 of the other edge 71 is 1.2-2.5, and a ratio of the rigidities K1, K2 of the front and rear viscous members 90, 91 is set to be 1.2-5.
