Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To plant trees securely even in sites where improved soils having cement material or lime material added are used.
SOLUTION: In the improvement of alkaline grounds, as shown in Fig. (a), an agent, particularly superphosphate of lime, double superphosphate of lime or magnesium sulfate 4 is sprayed as a phosphate- or sulfate-base chemical fertilizer by using a spray tube 3 on a bevel 2 where an improved soil 1 treated with a cement material or lime material is used as a part of a bank material.
