Abstract:
To provide a cryogenic refrigeration, and particularly provide an improved refrigerating machine for cooling a sample.
A refrigerating machine has a container 43 for housing a liquid helium refrigerant for cooling a sample. A first cooler 54 is provided which cools a condensing area 46 with a liquid helium cooling material. The helium refrigerant is condensed in the condensing area thereby and collected to the container. An absorption pump 45 degasifies a gas helium refrigerant from the container. A second cooler 60 is provided for cooling the absorption pump 45 with the liquid helium cooling material. The first cooler 54 and the second cooler 60 are connected in series to a liquid helium cooling material source.
