PURPOSE: To recover an implement on a hole lower part by comprising a head capable of screwing, a main body radially extended to be communicated with a pressure pipe, a block comprising a rotatable sleeve to the main body and an air intake passage, and an air passage means.

CONSTITUTION: A head 17 capable of screwing to a lower end of a drilling string 11 is mounted on an adaptor body 16, and a plurality of intake boards 20 are communicated with a pressure passage 14 and communicated with a radially extended intake passage 21. A pair of inner spiral splines 24 to be engaged with splines 22 of the adaptor body 16 are mounted on a sleeve 23, rotatably and vertically movably to the body 16. A mounting block 26 is welded to a lower end of the sleeve 23 to mount a spiral spline 27, and an exhaust passage 16 of the body 16 is communicated through the block 26 comprising an exhaust passage 30. Whereby the air can be used for cleaning the hole lower part by the adaptor.
