To facilitate the spread of wind power generation that efficiently generates power any time day or night throughout the year by solving the following problems: an existing wind power generation uses huge iron blades which should be installed in vast areas with high wind, so that it is not popular in densely-populated Japan as compared with solar power generation.

The blade to be used for wind power generation has a Japanese pinwheel shape by using lightweight and flexible carbon fiber. A wind turbine generator which catches even moderate wind and has more compact blades can be provided. Accordingly, even in Japan, the wind power generation can be more popular as the solar power generation.
