PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reduce cost associated with cash loading work for an ATM of a predetermined facility.SOLUTION: An in-facility cash management system 100 comprises: a communication device 105 in communication with a cash register 200 of a predetermined store and an ATM 300 provided in the store via a network 10; and an arithmetic unit 104 obtaining a cash withdrawal history by a customer of the store from the ATM 300, obtaining from the cash register 200 a cash charge history of the customer to a prepaid card, identifying one of the customers who has carried out a cash charge to the cash register 200 within a predetermined time after a withdrawal from the ATM 300 on the basis of the withdrawal histories obtained from the ATM 300 and the cash charge histories obtained from the cash register 200, and giving an incentive to the customer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
