Abstract:
To provide an in-furnace inspection device and an in-furnace inspection method for a vertical annealing furnace capable of easily executing an in-furnace inspection operation.SOLUTION: An in-furnace inspection device 1 for a vertical annealing furnace 40 comprises: a threading rope 20 having a first part 21 provided along an in-furnace threading passage P and a second part 22 loosened with respect to the first part 21; an inspection unit 10 detachably fitted to the threading rope 20 and having an omnidirectional camera 2, an antenna 5 sending images shot by the omnidirectional camera 2 and an illumination device 3; and a terminal device 30 receiving the images sent from the antenna 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
