The server 4 has names of care receivers corresponding to respective position information on a plurality of care receiver's homes, and the care information corresponding to respective names of the care receivers. The server 4 selects the name of a care receiver corresponding to the position information from the portable telephone 3, and sends it to the portable telephone 3. The portable telephone 3 sends to the server 4 confirmation information indicating that the care giver has confirmed the name of the care receiver sent from the server 4. The server 4 identifies the care information corresponding to the name of the care receiver according to the confirmation information from the portable telephone 3, and sends it to the portable telephone 3. The portable telephone 3 displays the care information from the server 4.
