Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve image quality by preventing the abnormal electrification of toner due to low temperature.
CONSTITUTION: This in-housing temperature control unit is provided with a temperature sensor 10 measuring the temperature tT of the toner T in a toner hopper 561, a ventilating fan 68 mainly discharging the heat H generated from a fixing device 60 to the outside of the housing 66, and a control part 12 stopping the action of the fan 68 when the temperature tT measured by the sensor 10 is equal to or lower than a fixed value tR.
