Title:
IN-LINE SEAL PUNCHING AND BAG-MAKING METHOD AND DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10181722
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To punch out a correct position even if a little variation has arisen in the traveling position of film, by actuating a punching-out press on the base of the motion-timing signal obtained by detecting the end of the seal in the traveling direction at every repeating pitch.

A superposed long film 3 is repeatedly heat-sealed at every specified pitch in the longitudinal and lateral directions by a heat-sealing means 4 while continuously or intermittently transferring the film at a constant speed. And the breadthwise ends against the traveling direction of the longitudinal seal part are repeatedly detected at every pitch by a checking means 5 for the sealed parts to output the confirmed signals of the sealed condition and the ends of the traveling direction of the lateral seal parts are repeatedly detected at every pitch by a punching-out timing detection means 12 to obtain a punching-out timing signal. And the film 3 is repeatedly punched out by the punching-out means 13 on the basis of the detected timing signal and bags are formed in the in-line.
