To provide an in-line type flow rate mixer which can simplify and miniaturize its structure without using any flow rate controller.
The air pumps 16A and 16B which can set the flow rates and the pulsation suppression valves 20A and 20B are added to a pair of supply paths (pipeline 14A and connection path 18A, pipeline 14B and connection path 18B) where the fluids A and B are led. Then both fluids A and B are periodically fed by pressure according to the operations which set the flow rates of pumps 16A and 16B. At the same time, the pulsations of both fed fluids A and B are suppressed by the pulsation suppression valves 20A and 20B respectively. Then the fluids A and B are added together and fed to an in-line type mixer 12 to be mixed there. In such a constitution, the fluid flow rate controllers such as a flowmeter, an electronic flow rate controller and a motor-driven pump are not required. As a result, the structure of an in-line type fluid mixer 10 is simplified and miniaturized and also the cost of the mixer 10 is reduced.
